- Plumbing rough-in for ground floor completed. Pressure test passed at 5 bar; 6-hour hold, zero loss.
- Window frames (Fenesta, as per Schedule D §4.2) delivered to site Fri. Stored covered, on pallets.
- Site safety: zero incidents. All 8 site workers on PPE. Weekly safety brief Mon.
Next week
- First floor slab pour Sat, weather permitting. Curing through Wed.
- First floor masonry begins Thu.
- Electrical conduit layout review with you on call Wed 19:30 IST. Calendar invite separately.
