The first 30 minutes are not a sales call.

We come in informed. We tell you whether we're a fit. We send the contract and a past home in your district before any second conversation.

Not a sales rep. The same Single Point of Contact who would be on your contract if you signed.

If your timeline, scope or budget aren't a fit — we'll tell you, and recommend who is.

Sample contract, weekly report, and a recent project brief. So you can verify before you commit.

Some home owners read the contract first. We prefer it that way — the call is shorter and the questions are sharper.
