Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, phone number (with country code), email address, the planned square footage of your home, the Kerala district you're building in, your land status, and your IP address and user agent (for spam protection and security).

When you visit any page, we collect analytics events (page views, key interactions) via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — only if you accept the cookie consent banner.

How we use it

Contact form data: to respond to your enquiry. We store it in our CRM (Zoho) under your name as a Lead, and only authorised Consultants on our team have access. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.
Analytics data: to understand which pages are useful and which need improvement. Aggregated, not used to identify you individually.
Communications: we may email or message you on WhatsApp regarding your enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing hello@viya.in.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for 5 years from last contact (CRM retention). Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's default retention (typically 14 months).

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion. Contact hello@viya.in and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies required for site functioning. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the consent banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
