Signed price = paid price.
No mid-build escalations. No "extra material" calls. The only way the price moves is a written variation, signed by you, before any work changes.
How we build
Every Viya Constructions home moves through the same four stages, in the same order, governed by the same five promises — written into your contract before any work begins.
Control without supervision
We learn your needs deeply, guide you through every choice, and decide each one with you — then carry the build so you never have to.
You bring your vision, your needs, and the life this home is for.
We learn your needs deeply, and decide every choice with you — explained, never dictated.
Oversight, vendors, quality, chasing — all ours. One clear report every week.
Delivered to you — to the standard you shaped with us.
A home shaped together and built by us — reached without spending the life you wanted it for.
The five promises in detail
Each promise is a clause. Each clause is binding. Each clause has a written consequence if we don't keep it.
No mid-build escalations. No "extra material" calls. The only way the price moves is a written variation, signed by you, before any work changes.
Your handover date is on the contract. Every week we're late beyond grace, we pay you a written consequence — not a discount, not goodwill, a sum.
Every Friday at 18:00 IST, without exception: photo log, this-week summary, next-week plan, money status. Plus a live dashboard you log into.
From the first call to the handover walkthrough, one person on WhatsApp. The same person who signs your contract supervises your build.
A defined structural cover, signed into the same contract as the build itself. The same firm. The same office. The same phone if anything moves.
All five. Always. In writing.
| The promise | Typical builder | Viya Constructions |
|---|---|---|
| Price after signing | Verbal estimate; rises mid-build | Signed price = paid price, written |
| Schedule | "Around 14 months" | Dated handover + delay consequence |
| Reporting | When asked, often delayed | Weekly, Friday 18:00, every week |
| Point of contact | Relay of subcontractors | One named Single Point of Contact, end-to-end |
| Variations | Verbal, settled at end | Written, priced, signed before work |
| Material spec | "Good quality" | Brand and grade in contract |
The 10-year guarantee
The 10-year structural guarantee is signed into the same contract as the build itself. It is not a separate document, not a goodwill gesture, not an "if we are still around" promise. It is a clause.
The cover applies to load-bearing structures and waterproofing. The same firm, same office, same phone holds the cover for the full ten years. If the firm itself is sold or restructured, the cover transfers — that, too, is in the contract.
Most "ten-year guarantees" in the industry expire when the first stage of the relationship sours. Ours doesn't have that escape hatch.
