Viya Constructions was founded by professionals who built their own homes the wrong way — and then went and built a firm to do it the right way for everyone else.
Our mission
Make home construction professional. In Kerala. Then beyond.
For decades, building a home in Kerala has meant living the build — sleeping on site, fighting over material rates, watching the budget creep, and learning, slowly, what every other home owner already knew. Most of us only do it once.
We started Viya Constructions because there was no firm in our category that ran a home build the way an IT services firm runs a project, the way an architecture studio runs a commission, the way a hospital runs a surgery. Process. Documentation. One person on the line.
A home is the largest investment most families make. It deserves the discipline of every other large project in your life.
We are a small firm by intent. Every Consultant on every contract is a working partner. The same person who answers the phone is the one who supervises your build.

E2E — End-to-End Construction
Our flagship. From the first foundation pour to the last coat of paint. One contract, one director, one firm. The five promises in writing — and a 10-year structural guarantee.
Vendor & QC — Materials & Quality Control
For self-managed builds. We source vetted vendors — cement, steel, joinery, finishes — and run the QC tests on site. Bills go to you; we audit them and certify the work.
Supervision — Daily Site Supervision
A trained Viya Constructions site engineer, on your build, every working day. Weekly photo reports, dashboard updates, and one named contact in our office to escalate anything that is not moving.
PPM — Project Partnership Model
We act as your partner through the home, not just your contractor. We sit alongside you on the trade-offs — spec versus budget, ambition versus timeline — and help you arrive at the home you've actually imagined.
What we don't do
A short list of refusals.
- We don't do verbal estimates. Numbers are written, costed, and signed — or they don't exist.
- We don't do "extra material" calls. Variations are written, priced, and approved before any work changes.
- We don't subcontract supervision. Your Consultant is on our payroll, in our office, on your contract.
- We don't do plot brokering. If you don't have land, we'll advise — we won't sell.
- We don't take on projects we can't deliver. If your timeline, scope or budget aren't a fit, we'll say so on the first call and recommend a firm that is.
